At the Table Studio
Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (Agreement) is between Table Media Group, Inc., operator of At the Table Studio (TMG), and the person identified in the membership enrollment record (Member). The selected plan, checkout record, Studio Rental Agreement, reservation summaries, and written plan disclosures are incorporated into this Agreement.
By accepting at checkout and completing enrollment, Member confirms that Member is at least 18 years old, has authority to enter this Agreement, reviewed the recurring-payment and cancellation terms before paying, and agrees to the terms below.
1. Plans, pricing, and included benefits
| Plan | Monthly fee | Hours | Included benefits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Creator Starter | $89 | 1 | One-hour member bookings. |
| Creator | $129 | 2 | 10% off eligible equipment rentals and eligible TMG editing services. |
| Creator Pro | $179 | 3 | Mobile Creator Kit with each eligible session; 15% off eligible equipment rentals and eligible TMG editing services; priority availability notices and cancellation waitlist. |
- Membership fees are charged monthly in advance. The plan and price displayed and accepted at checkout control enrollment.
- Creator hours may be used as one two-hour session or two separate one-hour sessions. Creator Pro hours may be divided into eligible reservations of one hour or longer.
- All plans permit eligible one-hour direct reservations, subject to availability and the member booking process.
- TMG may limit enrollment or maintain a waitlist. Membership does not guarantee any specific date, time, set, backdrop, equipment item, or service provider.
2. Three-month minimum and automatic continuation
The membership begins when the first payment is successfully processed and generally renews on the same calendar date. If that date does not occur in a month, the processor may use the last day of the month. Membership is not prorated merely because Member enrolls or cancels during a calendar month.
A cancellation request during the initial commitment stops renewal after the third paid monthly period; it does not eliminate remaining minimum-term payments unless TMG agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Monthly hour allowance
- Included hours are issued at the start of each successfully paid billing cycle.
- Hours reset each billing cycle, do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not refundable.
- Hours are personal and may not be sold, shared, pooled, gifted, or transferred without TMG’s written approval.
- Hours apply only to direct At the Table Studio reservations, never Peerspace or another marketplace.
- TMG’s membership records control the available balance, subject to correction of a documented error.
Hours cover studio time only. Equipment, editing, production, overtime, cleaning, damage, and other charges are separate unless the plan expressly includes them.
4. Member reservations and overage
Member must use the direct member booking path and the same shared studio inventory used for public reservations. Membership does not create a separate calendar or permit double-booking. A request is confirmed only after required information, agreement acceptance, availability review, hour-balance verification, and any balance due are completed.
- Available included hours are applied first.
- Eligible studio time beyond the available balance is $80 per hour, calculated in the increment supported and displayed by the booking system.
- Member must pay required overage, equipment, and add-on charges before confirmation.
- Start and end time include arrival, setup, production, breakdown, cleanup, and departure. Late arrival does not extend the reservation or restore hours.
- A 10-minute grace period applies only to overtime billing and does not extend access. Remaining longer may result in one additional hour at the member overage rate plus documented direct costs.
5. Equipment and editing benefits
Equipment discounts
Creator receives 10% off and Creator Pro receives 15% off eligible equipment purchased with an eligible direct studio reservation. Creator Starter receives no equipment discount. Discounts exclude taxes, damage, missing items, cleaning, overtime, deposits, third-party costs, and excluded offers, and do not stack unless TMG states otherwise in writing.
Creator Pro Mobile Creator Kit
Creator Pro includes the Mobile Creator Kit with each eligible direct session. Member must request the kit during booking so it can be prepared. It remains in the studio, is subject to availability and safe operating condition, and has no cash or rollover value. If unavailable, TMG may offer a reasonable substitute or allow rescheduling of the affected session.
Editing discounts
Creator receives 10% off and Creator Pro 15% off eligible TMG editing services. Editing is separate from studio hours and must be scoped and accepted separately. Discounts exclude rush fees, pass-through expenses, production, photography, videography, marketing retainers, and third-party work unless TMG states otherwise.
6. Creator Pro priority benefit
Creator Pro priority means advance notice of selected newly released availability and priority placement on TMG’s cancellation waitlist. It does not displace confirmed reservations, guarantee access, reserve standing dates, override booking limits, or create separate inventory.
7. Reservation cancellation and no-shows
These terms govern an individual studio reservation and are separate from cancellation of the recurring membership.
- At least 48 hours before start: included hours return to the same current billing-cycle balance, and eligible paid overage or add-ons are refunded. Returned hours keep their original expiration date.
- Less than 48 hours before start: included hours are forfeited and paid overage, equipment, and add-ons are nonrefundable.
- No-show: included hours are forfeited and paid amounts are nonrefundable.
- Rescheduling is treated as cancellation and a new booking unless TMG approves a written transfer.
- Refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days after processing.
If TMG cannot provide access for a reason not caused by Member, TMG may return or reasonably extend affected hours, offer comparable rescheduling, or refund amounts paid for the affected reservation.
8. Failed payments, suspension, and plan changes
Failed payment
If payment fails, TMG or its processor may retry it and mark the account Past Due. TMG may suspend bookings, pricing, hours, discounts, and access until paid. No hours accrue during suspension, and suspension does not create rollover or extend the cycle. TMG may cancel membership if unresolved for seven calendar days; amounts already incurred remain due.
Upgrades, downgrades, and pauses
Plan changes normally take effect next billing cycle unless TMG confirms otherwise. A downgrade or cancellation does not reduce the three-month minimum or create a refund. Pauses are unavailable at launch unless TMG approves a written exception.
9. How to cancel membership renewal
Cancellation does not create a prorated refund or extension for unused hours. Benefits may be used through the effective date while the account remains in good standing. TMG will send confirmation after cancellation is processed.
10. Studio use and separate Rental Agreement
Every reservation remains subject to the then-current Studio Rental Agreement and reservation summary. If documents conflict, this Agreement controls membership pricing, recurring billing, included hours, discounts, and membership cancellation; the reservation summary controls date, time, selected items, and checkout amount; the Studio Rental Agreement controls physical studio use and remaining reservation terms.
11. Termination by TMG
TMG may suspend or terminate membership for nonpayment, fraud, account sharing, unauthorized transfer, repeated booking misuse, repeated late cancellations or no-shows, unsafe or illegal conduct, harassment, property damage, or another material breach. Termination for cause may be immediate. If TMG ends an active membership without Member breach, TMG will provide benefits through the current paid cycle or an appropriate prorated refund for the unused portion.
12. Changes to price or terms
TMG may change future pricing, benefits, eligible services, or program rules with clear advance notice and cancellation information as required by law. A fee change begins only on the stated future billing date. Continued paid membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance only as permitted by law. TMG will not retroactively remove hours or benefits issued for a paid cycle.
13. General terms
- No resale. Credentials, hours, discounts, and benefits are personal and may not be resold or used to operate a competing rental or access business.
- Privacy. Personal information is handled under TMG’s Privacy Policy.
- Governing law and venue. California law governs. Court proceedings must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Diego County unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Entire agreement. This Agreement, selected plan disclosures, checkout record, Studio Rental Agreement, and reservation summaries contain the membership agreement.
- No waiver and severability. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. An unenforceable term is limited or removed only as necessary; remaining terms continue.
- Electronic records. Member agrees to receive the Agreement, renewal notices, payment records, and cancellation information electronically and may save or print a copy.
14. Electronic acceptance
I have read and agree to the At the Table Studio Membership Agreement, Version 1.0. I understand that my selected plan requires three consecutive monthly payments and then automatically continues month-to-month until I cancel. I authorize the disclosed monthly charge and understand how to cancel online or by email.
I understand that unused hours expire monthly and do not roll over, and reservations canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the reserved hours and paid charges. My electronic acceptance and completed enrollment are intended to serve as my signature.
