Request a studio session

Tell us the exact date, time, and equipment you need. Your request will open as a structured email to the studio team.

This is a request—not a confirmed reservation. TMG will verify your active membership, remaining monthly hours, equipment availability, and the same live studio inventory used for public bookings before sending confirmation.

Equipment is studio-use only and subject to availability and plan benefits.
Submitting opens your email app with the request addressed to [email protected]. Review it, then send. Reservation cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to restore eligible member hours. By using the studio, you agree to the Studio Rental Agreement.
